Accidents happen so I highly suggest adding shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation for higher-priced items, collaboration malas, Custom orders, or really any package you are concerned about having Delivery issues with. I cannot be held responsible for items misplaced by USPS and in most instances I cannot replace or refund custom items, collaboration items, or malas.
